Law & Order Renewed

NBC renewed the original Law & Order for a 20th season this afternoon. No one really doubted it would happen, but you just never know. The order is for 16 new episodes to air mid season, just like they did this year.

No word on what kind of deal Dick Wolf had to make in order for his 20th season to take place but this time last year we went through pretty much the same thing: tough negotiations being dragged out over budget cuts and whatnot. As a producer it must be a bit trying to have to slash your budget two years in a row, especially after you've been doing it for nearly two decades.

Now if they could reach a deal to the previous seasons available on Hulu, I'd really be happy.
