No official word that talks have broken down or why but according to Ethan Suplee's Twitter feed TBS is not going to save My Name Is Earl after all.
"TBS isn't TheBestStation for reviving Earl. Good news is I'm now available to play Shia Laboof's better looking brother in Transformers 3."
Too bad. I really thought it would make a good fit. If Fox knew what was good for it, they'd pick it up.
